A lead & asbestos inspection is a non-invasive assessment conducted in accordance with Maine DEP to identify the presence of hazardous lead-based paint and asbestos-containing materials. Our services include:

Comprehensive inspection of painted surfaces for potential lead-based paint.

On-site XRF testing (when applicable) to detect lead in paint.

Dust wipe sampling in accordance with clearance standards (post-abatement or renovation).
